EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
The formal education equivalent to a four year college degree, plus 2 years related experience and/or training, and 1 to 6 months related management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of professional nursing theories, concepts, and methods. EMR/HER experience with 1 year in medical office setting preferred. Urology experience a plus.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
License in Practical Nursing or Registered Nurse license. BLS certification required.
