Pipeline Scheduler, Sr. jobs in Delaware

The Biden for President Scheduling & Advance Team is hiring a Scheduler to help support incoming trip proposals across the campaign. The Scheduler for this team will help with coordination across campaign and White House leadership teams, manage trip calls, and route incoming trip proposals through relevant approvals.

• Manage trip calls across BFP campaign leadership and White House principal teams. 
• Route incoming trip proposals for campaign principals and project manage trip approval process.
• Ensure incoming trip proposals are aligned with larger political objectives across the campaign.
• Coordinate alignment across stakeholders between on the ground teams, state staff, and HQ about relevant trip information.

• Strong, concise, and efficient communicator and writer.
• Experience as an advance associate is a plus, but not required.
• Strong trouble-shooting skills, particularly related to travel and operational logistics.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail; ability to juggle multiple tasks and keep moving forward on all of them at once.
• Sense of urgency and understanding of the rapidly changing political environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as required for trip management.
