Job Summary:

KPI is a rapidly growing company with a robust work environment where multitasking is the norm. We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Duties:

• Serve as receptionist and point of contact for project related deliveries, clients and staff
• Answer incoming telephone calls and take appropriate action as needed
• Assist and support management team
• Import and process CCTV data (on the job training for this task will be provided)
• Clerical duties as assigned including but not limited to data entry, typing, telephone and email correspondence, mailing/shipping, scanning, copying, filing and daily reports.
• Run errands, hand deliver BID packets occasionally (using company vehicle or reimbursement for use of privately owned vehicle may be negotiated)
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Strong clerical skills including keyboarding and data entry, database, spreadsheets, web-based programs and records management
• Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure with a high level of accuracy

• Must have integrity and maintain confidentiality

Experience and Education:

• Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe and Dropbox
• High school diploma required
• Driver’s License (with clean driving record) required
• Associates degree (equivalent or higher) preferred

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
