We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant / Installation Coordinator to join our team!

Someone with a passion for serving customers, stellar communications skills, and proven ability to multi-task in high-volume environments.

This position is the initial contact to our clients, customers, technicians, and office staff, and plays a vital role through providing administrative support.

Job Title : Service Dispatcher / Schedule Coordinator

Schedule : Monday through Friday, 7 : 30am to 4 : 00pm

Pay : $21.00- $25.00 per hour

What you will be doing :

• Answering incoming customer calls
• Scheduling day-to-day installations
• Purchasing / ordering materials needed for installs
• Creating department job files
• Contacting customers, subcontractors, and inspectors for scheduling
• Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, vendors, and customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-times
• Maintain customer maintenance agreement database & reports with current information
• Perform general office tasks and special projects as assigned

Qualifications :

• 2 years related experience working in an office, customer service, schedule coordinating, project coordinating, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Advanced customer service skills
• Professional speaking voice as phones are a huge part of the position
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Excellent and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong experience in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
• The ability to type 40 WPM with accuracy
• Data entry, filing, and other general office duties
• Able to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and field staff
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Background check & drug screen
