Plan Design Coordinator jobs in Utah

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Scheduler. As a Project Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of project schedules to ensure timely and successful project completion. You will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and team members to develop and maintain project schedules, identify dependencies and critical path activities, and track progress against established timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules and establish realistic timelines and milestones.
• Create and maintain project schedules using project management software or tools.
• Identify and define project tasks, activities, and deliverables.
• Determine task dependencies and critical path activities to ensure accurate sequencing of activities.
• Monitor and track project progress against established schedules and identify any deviations or delays.
• Proactively identify potential risks or issues that may impact project schedules and work with project teams to mitigate them.
• Communicate schedule updates, changes, and potential impacts to project stakeholders.
• Provide regular reports on project schedule status, including any delays, risks, or issues.
• Continuously evaluate and improve project scheduling processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Scheduler or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in scheduling and tracking project activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

Pay: $50,000-$55,000 Commissions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Ability to Relocate:

• Salt Lake City, UT 84123: Relocate before starting work (Required)
