Position Summary:
The Event Specialist is a dynamic position responsible for coordinating all aspects of their assigned events including weddings, corporate and social. The Event Specialist works closely with different team members and clients to plan and execute their events. This position requires exceptional organizational and logistical skills as well as design capabilities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is willing to work hard to get the event done.

Physical: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, walk, bend, and kneel for an extended amount of time.

Working Conditions:
Work is performed both in an office setting and on-site for event coordination. Must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must have the ability to walk short distances, and/or drive a vehicle to deliver and pick up materials. A flexible approach to working hours must be maintained to ensure maximum service to clientele, including overtime, weekends, early morning and late evenings.
