Eleven Seven Design is a growing boutique design & marketing agency that specializes in graphic design, print, web design, digital marketing and social media marketing. We are seeking a motivated Jr. Graphic Designer and Social Media specialist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, helping to create visually stunning designs and drive engagement across our social media platforms.

As a Jr. Graphic Designer and Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and editing graphics for both digital and print media. You will also assist in managing and curating content for our social media accounts, engaging with our audience, and analyzing data to inform our social media strategy. This is a great opportunity for someone who is creative, organized, and passionate about graphic design and social media marketing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and producing visually compelling graphics for digital and print media
• Help manage and curate content for our social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts
• Design and create content for our clients that is engaging and on-brand
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for graphic design and social media marketing
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness
• Assist in photography and videography projects, capturing and editing high-quality visuals for use across our marketing channels
• Analyze social media data and metrics to gain insights into user behavior and optimize the social media strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of photography and videography principles is a plus
• Knowledge of Canva and other social media content creation tools is a plus
• Bring a "go-getter" and passionate attitude

More Information

• Compensation is experience based
• Benefits are not offered yet, but will be in the future
• We are willing to train in certain aspects of the job
• The right applicant will have to work in-house until we feel secure that they are capable of working from home. When that is achieved, they will only work in-house a few days a week.
• We do not micro-manage
• Paid sick days are discretionary (we are very lenient)
• One weeks paid vacation after 1 year
