    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Director of Curriculum and Instruction to oversee the development and implementation of educational programs and strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing curriculum, providing professional development to educators, and ensuring alignment with educational standards.

    Qualifications

    • A valid fingerprint clearance and/or satisfactory applicable state background check
    • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree preferred
    • Previous experience in curriculum development and instructional leadership
    • Strong knowledge of educational standards and assessment practices
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Ability to collaborate with educators, administrators, and other stakeholders

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that meets educational standards and addresses the needs of diverse learners
    • Provide guidance and support to instructional staff to ensure effective teaching practices
    • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and curriculum specialists to review and revise instructional materials
    • Monitor student achievement data to evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum and instructional strategies
    • Stay current on educational trends and research to continuously improve curriculum and instruction
