Magleby Construction is seeking a Superintendent, (Site Manager), to join our Communities Group, managing projects at Velvaere, the first of its kind Wellness Community, adjacent to the Mayflower Mountain Resort near Park City. The Site Manager provides guidance and support to the field team, assisting on and ensuring a safe worksite on our high-end, custom, luxury projects.

Duties may include:

• Scheduling
• Quality Control
• Shop Drawings
• Cost Control
• Client Satisfaction

• Trade Coordination
• Team Management
• Safety

Job Requirements:

Successful individuals possess the following attributes:

• Construction experience and/or degree in Construction Management or related degree
• 5 years experience in site management
• Custom home experience or production home building a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills
• Proven computer skills and experience in Excel and Word
• Experience with accounting / database programs is helpful
• Time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
