A fast-growing Manufacture based in Chester County is hiring a Plant Controller to join their team. This Controller will report to the Global Financial Director and oversee financial operations of accounting, Audit, Internal Control, Planning, Budgeting, Reporting, etc. This opportunity offers excellent compensation, bonus, benefit, and growth.

Responsibilities:

• to Global Director of Finance to support plant accounting and controlling, plan, and optimize Financial Operations across accounting, cost accounting, Internal Control, Audits, Budgeting, Reporting, FP&A, etc.
• all accounting, payable, receivable, transactions, reporting, cash flow management, ensure completeness and compliance with federal, state, local and group guidelines.
• the integrity of internal and external financial reporting including forecasts, annual budgets, long-range plans, actual results, bid rates and pricing, ensure of the achievement of the company’s financial goals and business plans.
• compliance accounting and internal control including closing the books, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed asset records, balance sheet, profit and loss, and financial statements, support sales and product line costing needs and requirements.
• inventory of fixed assets, ensure protection of corporate assets, appropriate insurance coverages, balancing maximizing returns with limiting risk on investment.
• capital expenditure, treasury, budget, discuss with senior management on feasibility of capital budget, cost, and expenditure.
• tax compliance, work with 3rd party partner on tax projection, ensure timely filing and compliance on corporate tax.
• manage and oversee all financial audits, ensure proper documentation, and follow up based on auditing, addressing concerns and implement preventive measures as needed.
• financial decisions, developing and implementing corporate financial policies, procedures, internal controls, ensure confidentiality of financial information within company.
• analyze, distribute monthly financial reports, monitor financial KPI and identify improvement opportunities and drives changes as needed across organization.
• weekly payroll processing, ensure accurate payroll process and proper withholding in compliance with worker’s compensation, tax, insurance, etc.
• methods of fraud protection and detection, implements new policies and preventive measures as needed and engage in HR Training, policy development.

Qualifications:

• degree in accounting, MBA or higher education preferred.
• preferred.
• work experience as Controller, Finance Manager, Accounting Manager within exposure to Manufacturing industry.
