Serves as the HR Lead at the Anchor Packaging Plant in Jonesboro. Also, assists with HR Generalist activities at other Anchor locations in NEA.
Responsible for administering policies and programs in several or all of the following areas: recruiting, employee and labor relations, compensation and benefits, training, safety, and workers’ compensation. Coordinates specific short-term assignments with staffing agency with regards to temporary assignments and workflow for organizational effectiveness.
