You will be responsible for several areas of human resources such as safety, recruiting, labor relations, training, EEO/AAP, benefits, employee relations, compensation and continuous improvement. . You will guide top management in the implementation and evaluation of talent and HR activities. You will administer existing programs following procedures including EEO compliance. What Impact Will You Have on our Business? Provide direction and counsel regarding human resources aspects of plant operations Manage employee relations through issue resolution phase Lead talent management, succession planning, organizational development and organizational effectiveness plans Handle all phases of the staffing process including requisition, recruiting and onboarding Lead in the implementation and auditing of procedures Analyze training needs. Lead the development and administration of training programs Manage regulatory compliance efforts. Lead culture in assessment processes and provide direction on implementation of action plans Lead year-end processes including performance management and salary planning Do You Have What it Takes? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related degree Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources in a manufacturing environment 5 years experience supervising direct reports within a plant setting.
