What you'll bring to the table:- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree (BA) in HR or a related field (PHR or SPHR certification preferred)
- A strong understanding of HR principles and practices
- Experience with ADP Payroll and Enterprise eTime as a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships
