We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Police Dispatcher. As a Police Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our community by providing effective communication and support to law enforcement personnel.

Responsibilities:
- Receive emergency and non-emergency calls from the public
- Gather essential information and accurately enter it into the computer-aided dispatch system
- Dispatch appropriate law enforcement units to respond to calls for service
- Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activities or incidents
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, incidents, and dispatch activities
- Provide support to law enforcement officers by relaying information, coordinating resources, and providing updates as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing reports and maintaining records

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of CPR and first aid procedures
- Familiarity with law enforcement practices and procedures
- Excellent conflict management skills to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively
- Proficient in report writing and documentation
- Possess a valid certificate in Police Dispatch or related field (preferred)
- Ability to operate and monitor CCTV systems effectively
