    As the Director of Product Marketing, you'll be responsible for our positioning and go-to-market strategy, refining our value proposition as we launch new products and enter new markets. You'll join a dynamic marketing team and significantly contribute to our product direction and revenue goals. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you'll collaborate closely with leaders from our Product, Growth Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Clinical teams. This is an excellent opportunity to develop our product marketing function and make a lasting impact during a pivotal growth phase.

    What You Will Do

    Build a World-Class Product Marketing Function: Develop and refine our positioning and narrative, bringing our value proposition to life and ensuring consistency across the organization.

    Develop GTM Strategies: Create comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new and existing products, translating technical details into benefits, and orchestrating cross-functional execution to meet business objectives.

    Collaborate with Teams: Work with Growth Marketing to continuously test and optimize messaging for effective campaign results. Partner with Product, Sales, and Clinical teams to develop product positioning that resonates with target buyer personas.

    Understand Our Audiences: Gain deep insights into our target audiences, their needs, and competitive solutions. Communicate our unique value propositions effectively.

    Create Engaging Content: Oversee the production of informative content and collateral such as case studies, presentations, and demos to enhance awareness and adoption of our solutions. Ensure brand and messaging consistency across all platforms.

    Support Sales: Equip the sales team with essential tools, training, and materials to effectively communicate our product value propositions.

    Lead Market Research: Utilize customer feedback, A/B testing, and market analysis to refine product positioning and messaging. Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

    Distribute Competitive Intelligence: Oversee the collection and distribution of competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions and maintain advantageous positioning.

    Who You Are

    Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

    Experience: Over 10 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a healthcare startup, with a focus on product marketing.

    Proven Success: Demonstrated success in developing go-to-market strategies and product positioning for complex healthcare products.

    Excellent Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills, adept at influencing and collaborating across teams, including product and sales.

    Research Savvy: Experienced in overseeing buyer research and insights, managing messaging and positioning, and leading GTM plans. Successful product launches and top-quality sales enablement materials.

    Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach, experienced in scaling teams and processes in high-growth environments.

    Entrepreneurial Spirit: Capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with an ability to deliver on current objectives while planning for future growth.

    Versatile: Able to handle both strategic tasks and execution details, willing to assist on strategic pitches when needed.

    Process-Oriented: Experienced in scaling teams and processes in high-growth environments.

    Team Player: Collaborative, able to extract insights and ideas from others, shape opinions, and know when to lead and when to influence.

    Base Salary: $150,000-180,000
