Marketing/E-Commerce Assistant

(entry-level position)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing e-commerce activities, including product listings, inventory management, order fulfillment, etc.
• Assist Operations Manager and Marketing Department with daily tasks like email responses, website design, video or post creation, and more.
• Monitor website performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, META Business Suite, and other platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging and effective online social media campaigns.
• Shoot/design and edit products’/branding photos/videos
• Create and manage content for social media platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in web management and digital marketing.
• Other responsibilities/tasks assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or working towards)
• Knowledge of languages such as HTML or CSS is a plus
• Knowledge and passion for cars is a bonus
• Very familiar with Google Suite and spreadsheets
• Knowledge of SEM (Search Engine Marketing) and SEO best practices
• Proficient in copywriting for web content, including product descriptions and promotional materials
• Familiarity with graphic designing and video editing software and demonstrable graphic designing and video editing ability
• Knowlegde of Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus
• Familiarity with social media management platforms and strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools
• Understanding of marketing automation tools and their application in driving customer engagement
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
