Responsibilities and Expectations:
As a Continuous Improvement Process Solution Director, you will be the main point of contact for Area General Managers and other leaders in the region. You will provide expertise and guidance in the areas of culture and change management, succession planning, Continuous Improvement Process Solution (CIPS) framework progression (the IPS Operating System), EHS training and compliance, and organizational design. This role is critical in developing and executing continuous Improvement strategies in support of the business objectives and is a connected partner for business leaders. This position reports to the Vice President of CIPS and will also support companywide growth of continuous improvement. The region for this position includes the Northeast and Midwest.
