Power Scheduler Sr. jobs in Washington

TSE Power Solutions is hiring a full-time administrative assistant/dispatcher. At TSE Power Solutions, we service, repair, and install home and commercial stand-by generators. We pride ourselves on building long-term relationships with our clients, and we are committed to strengthening and empowering our team.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and emails; assist new and recurring clients
• Schedule technicians for service and sales appointments
• Produce estimates
• Help answer general questions
• On-board new clients
• Receive payments
• Create purchase orders
• Manage internal records

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills and communicate well both verbally and in writing
• Process a high volume of calls and emails
• Work independently and with a team
• Multi-task and adapt quickly to change
• Be dependable and punctual to work
• Willing to learn new skills
• Must have a good driving record with a valid driver’s license, as you will need to occasionally drive company vehicles for errands
• Proficiency with Office 365, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel and experience with Quickbooks is preferred
• Have 2 years minimum of office work experience
• High school diploma or equivalent

This position is Monday-Friday 8 AM-4:30 PM, forty hours a week.
