THE OPPORTUNITY

We are searching for a Regional Rental Operations Manager to join our growing Rental operations at our Reserve, Louisiana location. This position will cover the Eastern Territory including Baton Rouge, Covington, Harvey, Reserve, and St. Rose.

YOU

The Regional Rental Operations Manager will ensure the seamless operation of our Eastern Rental Division, aligning it with our strategic objectives and maintaining the high standards that define us.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

• Responsible for overall delivery of revenue and profit targets for assigned region
• Reviews and corrects revenue growth and customer experience metrics such as Rental NLS, Investment Utilization and Financial Utilization
• Reviews and manages rental fleet optimization, downed fleet, and general inventory levels in addition to continuous improvement of rental fleet quality
• Maintains the standards set by the organization for facilities, trucks, uniforms, procedures, and leadership practices
• Address opportunities for improvements at the field level and provide in person/remote training and feedback as the business needs dictate
• Collaborate with Regional Sales team to evaluate market trends, key accounts/customers, business conditions and competitive practices
• Collaborate with the Safety Director to ensure the support of prescribed safety programs, including audits, safety training, OSHA compliance, and DOT regulations

MOST IMPORTANT QUALIFICATIONS

• REQUIRED: 7 years of successful rental operations management experience
• REQUIRED: Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• HIGHLY PREFERRED: Bachelor’s degree in a business related field
• HIGHLY PREFERRED: Knowledge or experience with construction equipment rental or adjacent industries
