Being a Power Trader, Sr. requires knowledge of energy trading markets and trading practices. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Power Trader, Sr. typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be a Power Trader, Sr. typically requires 7+ years of related experience. Is it you?To begin your journey and join our Crew as a Mate, we'd want you to have:- 3 years of recent retail, restaurant or hospitality experience
- 2 years of recent experience at the management or supervisory level
- A high school degree or equivalent
- A history of developing individuals and teams through empowerment and integrity
