Duties:
- Supervise all front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house operations

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms
- Implement strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is required
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
