The required qualifications for "Grocery Store Manager" - Tupelo, MS location of Brooks Grocery :

- At least 5 years of managerial experience in a retail grocery store setting (store manager or assistant store manager)
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory control
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team management
- Experience in pricing strategies and grocery store operations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Applicants should be organized and have excellent people skills, successful store sales experience, stellar customer service history, and a positive attitude! Brooks Grocery is a family-owned business with a Tennessee store in Chapel Hill and Mississippi stores in Iuka and Tupelo. This position is for the grocery store manager of the Tupelo location. Relocation assistance is available if needed for this position.

Other duties and requirements will be discussed at interview. Pay based on experience.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
