As a Client Coordinator with The Good Feet Store, your role will be to ensure a positive and seamless customer experience by answering calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with the overall needs of the store. Key Responsibilities- Greet and seat clients upon their arrival with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Offer refreshments, such as water, to clients to enhance their comfort during their visit.
- Assist clients in starting the initial process of intaking information on the iPad and utilizing the Med Massager as required.
- Handle incoming phone calls, provide information, schedule appointments, and address inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Manage appointment scheduling, ensuring accuracy and confirming appointments for the following day.
- Monitor voicemail and email communications throughout the day, promptly responding to messages and taking appropriate actions.
- Assist with the assembly of cushions, boxes, and Velcro Dots as needed to support the fitting process.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the demo and cash wrap areas, including restocking merchandise and supplies as necessary.
- Process customer purchases at the cash register as needed, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- 3 weekdays: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:30 PM (includes a 30-minute break)

Requirements
Qualifications:- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
