Reviews all artwork and copy prior to delivery to printers for accuracy and formats. Additionally, Print Production Coordinator reviews and approves mock-ups and proofs, performs final quality assurance. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. About this role: Target Print & Mail (TPM) is a mid-size commercial printer specializing in printing, signs, graphic design, promotional products and direct mail services.
We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and hard-working new member for our customer service team who will focus on the ad specialties or promotional products market. In addition to producing quotes and submitting orders for all customers, this role is responsible for assisting in the sourcing and purchasing of promotional products for discerning local and national clients. This could be anything from a simple pen or mug to a custom-made bar stool or trade show booth. This work is vital in spreading brand awareness and assists our sales team with customer engagement, playing a key role in helping grow the business.

Essential Tasks of the Project Coordinator:- Translate customer visions into beautiful branded pieces that help them stand out
- Create clear quotes based on complex pricing structures
- Research, shop, plan, coordinate, and order various promotional items from millions available
- Help clients meet their goals within often tight budgets
- Oversee the purchase, communication, and delivery of branded pieces
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and cultivate new partnerships
- Work under tight deadlines and occasionally stressful time constraints
- Work on sensitive projects and keep client projects confidential
- Communicate via email, phone and in person clearly & professionally
- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude
The ideal candidate has the following:- Two (2) years of customer service and / or project management experience
- Top notch verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of marketing & branding strategies
- 2-year associate's degree or equivalent
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Ability to commute to our Tallahassee-based office Monday - Friday
- Strong drive to close deals and grow the business
