Print Production Coordinator jobs in Minnesota

The Location: Vital is conveniently located in the heart of Uptown Minneapolis. Our location is in a great area for getting lunch, is steps from public transportation and the experience of working in the city.

The Position: We’re looking for an employee interested in gaining working experience in the print production/graphic setup to assist with the following: production file setup, hands on print production, production finishing & order processing.

• The position pays $18/hour and is available immediately

• We offer PTO, a variety of work experiences, and on the job training.

• 40 hours between 10:00 – 6:00PM Monday-Friday, no weekend hours, (full time ONLY)

Responsibilities:

• Ability to multi-task and work both independently and with others as part of a team in a fast paced environment. You will rotate to the production floor as needed and work closely with the production lead.

• Operate wide format printers, digital printers, laminators, cutters, and perform all phases of equipment set-up, operation and routine maintenance.

• Provide customer service over email, including problem solving, to satisfy those needs with a minimum amount of supervision.

• Accurately proof, produce, pack and ship orders; print shipping labels; ship local/national/international with FedEx and Endicia.

• Proficiency in PC is plus, with an emphasis on Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Coreldraw. We will train a great candidate in Coreldraw if needed

• Light cleaning of the work environment during down time.

Requirements:

• Must be a detail oriented, organized, hard-worker who can take ownership for execution of tasks and be responsible for results

• Should be effective at working independently, focused and ready to learn a variety of new things in the print production

• Consistently puts their workplace and co-workers first while at work.
