The manager is looking for someone with Legal Office experience and a background with production copy/print/scan experience.
Associates should also communicate well with Attorneys and Senior Management and knowledge of shipping and receiving processes and USPS mail regulations.
Associate will be working in Office Services processing incoming/outgoing mail, FedEx, UPS and Hand Deliveries.
Associate will also assist in completing daily client copy/print/scan request along with assisting with internal and client meeting set-ups in the Conference Center. Where staff is responsible for placing coffee, water, drinks and box/catered lunches in the Conference Center.
There is walking and standing for mail runs and Conference Room set-ups. Any lifting above 50 lbs. assistance will be made available.
Dress code is Business casual attire. Staff on-site wear black polo style shirts with Khakis or dress slacks. NO JEANS.
Parking: Associate is responsible for parking.
