We are looking to add a qualified Front Desk Attendant to our team. A Front Desk Attendant's responsibilities include checking-in members, giving tours, signing up new members, answering phone calls, and light cleaning. If you are well organized, have a great attitude, and love helping people reach their goals, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable experience for our members.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all members in a professional and friendly manner.

• Provide the highest quality customer service to all members and guests.

• Check-in all members appropriately
• Give tours of the facility

• Ensures incoming calls and emails are answered in a professional and efficient manner

• Anticipate member's needs and act proactively to ensure positive experience
• Complete membership and retail transactions
• Maintain the cleanliness of the facility to our highest standards
• Complete weekly supply inventory

Skills

• Utilize strong communication to example company vision and concept of the gym

• Must be energetic and possess a very friendly, outgoing personality and positive attitude
• Must have telephone etiquette
• Ability to multi-task and perform tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent managerial and organizational skills'

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Shift:

• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• fitness: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
