The anticipated salary range for this role is between $94,500.00 and $116,000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for assisting in driving business development sale as well as monitoring the quality of new and existing portfolios. They will help coordinate with SMBC (Americas & Asia) and other referral sources to bring in and deepen the relationship of assigned customers and prospects. Assist in managing the overall relationship profitability and portfolio risk and providing a positive experience to customers and colleagues while operating within the Bank’s risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
