Private Banking Manager manages a team of private banking officers who are responsible for individuals with high net-worth. Oversees and monitors the private banking officers' deposit and loan volume and ensures policies and procedures are met. Being a Private Banking Manager ensures that existing client relationships are sustained and nurtured. Acts as an advisor for complex credit decisions. Additionally, Private Banking Manager mentors and trains team. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Private Banking Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Summary: This position is responsible for the daily management of assigned commercial portfolios.
Salary Range: The salary range in CA for this role is $78,200 to $112,700 and represents the Company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
