Continually investigate and introduce process improvement measures Perform annual reviews of the company supervisors and salary personnel and makes recommendations on improvements, additions, or deletions Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation affecting the company’s employees Maintains responsibility for organization compliance with federal, state and local legislation pertaining to all personnel matters. Works directly with department supervisors to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities and ensuring KPI’s are met Recommends, evaluates and participates in staff development for the organization. Participates on committees and special projects Prepares reports as needed Oversees individual departments with a strategic mindset Create a positive and motivating atmosphere Creates a positive environment to retain skilled and hard-working employees Plan and monitor the daily business efficiency to ensure compliance to KPI’s Performs in a manner that will prevent errors and omissions. At least 10 years of progressive experience preferred At least 5 years of experience in the Tooling industry is preferred. Must have a continuous improvement background/mindset. Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is a plus. Experience in Lean manufacturing system and ISO system Experience in value stream mapping Exposure in KANBAN system Experience in working multinational company with great machining knowledge. Should handled 200 plus team size in manufacturing industry.
