Job Title: Sales Support Specialist/Fleet Manager

Reports to: Sales Manager

Job Summary:

White Label Extracts is hiring for a full-time Sales Support Specialist/Fleet Manager. The Sales Support Specialist/Fleet Manager will oversee the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring efficient operations, maintenance, and management while also supporting the sales department with deliveries and dispensary interactions.

****Standard schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm but these hours will vary depending on travel (will discuss more in interview)***

***some event dates may require working on Saturdays****

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Maintain existing accounts and relationships through scheduled product deliveries and spot checks.
• Maintain merchandise inventory as well as fulfillment and shipping of merchandise.
• Maintain an open and flexible schedule Monday-Friday within a 40-hour work week to support the sales department in various tasks.
• Attend and participate in departmental sales meetings and training opportunities.
• Participate in various training and community opportunities such as budtender training, dispensary/demo, and industry opportunities.
• Schedule and oversee regular maintenance and inspections of vehicles.
• Ensure vehicles are kept in optimal condition and address any repairs promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of all fleet-related activities.
• Ensure timely registration and insurance renewals for all vehicles.
• Always represent the brand in an appropriate and professional manner while maintaining company values and culture.
• The Sales Support Specialist/Fleet Manager may need to be on-call to address urgent issues or emergencies related to the fleet.
• Other duties as assigned.

**Flexible schedule required to support sales department activities, take care of potential sudden fleet issues and participate in industry events.

Required Skills, Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• OLCC Marijuana Handlers Permit
• Must be comfortable spending a lot of time driving
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check and driving record check
• Written and oral communication proficiency.
• Shows and demonstrates initiative.
• Demonstrates problem solving and analysis.
• Customer oriented mindset.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills.
• Flexible in responding to the needs of the sales department.
• This position will require occasional travel to various locations to oversee vehicle operations and maintenance.

Additional Desired Qualifications

• Knowledge of industry and products
• Previous sales experience and/or customer service experience

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to drive for long periods of time.
• Close visual focus required.
• May be required to stand for long periods.
• This position occasionally requires the extended and repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers to cut and manipulate small objects.
• Must be able to lift up to 50-75 lbs.
