Process Engineer develops and optimizes continuous production and manufacturing processes to achieve the output, quality, and cost goals of the organization. Collects production data and applies standard scientific and statistical methods to analyze, document, and diagram production processes. Being a Process Engineer identifies process bottlenecks and devises solutions to resolve. Recommends changes or upgrades to equipment, work methods, or other aspects of the process to improve efficiency and utilization of resources including labor, energy and raw materials. Additionally, Process Engineer requires a bachelor's degree of engineering. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Process Engineer works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. To be a Process Engineer typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. What does a Process Engineer do at Swire Coca-Cola?
Process Engineers lead the work of identifying and driving out losses through the development of standards and systems. They support the daily activities of the production line(s) and/or processing areas. They build long-term capability into the manufacturing process, systems, and technicians.
Responsibilities:- Identifying, prioritizing, analyzing, and eliminating losses and inefficiencies
- Delivery and start-up of new equipment, initiatives, and projects
- Collaborating with technical experts, other functions, and other manufacturing sites to identify and create best solutions
- Creating learning programs and coaching/training of technicians
- Creating and improving standards to enable the team to achieve the performance targets for the production line
- Understanding and working with state-of-the-art automated equipment
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in STEM required or business related field required
- Manufacturing Experience preferred
- The ability to problem solve and collaborate in teams
- A desire to work in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment with technicians and equipment

Base pay range is $68,255 to $89,585 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
