Attollo Engineering is seeking a Process Technician experienced in wet chemistry and spin-coating. The ideal candidate can perform chemical mixing/dilutions, spin-coating, photolithography, etching, thin films and metals deposition processes. Experience handling small, sensitive optoelectronic components is a plus. The ideal candidate can follow process instructions with minimal supervision and is generally proficient using computers.

Role and Responsibilities

• Perform semiconductor wafer processing tasks including thin-film spin-coating, photolithography, etching, thin films and metals deposition with precision and repeatability.
• Perform wet chemistry tasks including volumetric/mass measurements, dilutions, and mixing.
• Carry out chemistry and film deposition processes in a glovebox.
• Handle semiconductor wafers and small opto-electronic components.
• Record process data and equipment logs to identify trends, diagnose process issues, and support implementation of corrective actions to improve yield, quality, and throughput.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and refine processing techniques, tool recipes, and maintenance schedules for new and existing products.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Chemistry, Material Science, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• 2 years of hands-on experience in with wet chemical processes in a semiconductor processing environment, with experience handling delicate optoelectronic components preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, with a commitment to quality and safety.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities as needed.
