• The Process Engineering Director will be responsible for managing people and projects across our Advanced Manufacturing sector and the local office;
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate collaboration and cross functional leadership;
• Builds network firmwide to support dynamic growth in the advanced manufacturing and semiconductor industries.
• Assist in developing regional business plans to support strategic growth forecasting;
• Manage the local engineering staff which will include goal setting, training and development and performance management;
• Act as Subject Matter Expert in an engineering specialty such as process and process mechanical, with an understanding of process systems, process-mechanical, Bulk Gas delivery, Industrial Waste lift, collection and treatment, and UPW systems;
• Instrumental in building our team by recruiting, mentoring, and assisting project teams;
• Develop business opportunities regionally and nationally, as well as meet with clients;
• Establish QA/QC plans for process engineering scope of work;
• Intermittent travel to project sites for review of constructability and design delivery;
• Meet with clients and address contractor and/or vendor issues.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college or university;
• 20 years of experience in the semiconductor, advanced technologies and/or data center related industries;
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the U.S required;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill;
• Strong interpersonal skills when dealing with clients, project managers, junior design staff as well as executive management;
• Technical knowledge of REVIT, MS Office and BIM Systems; 
• Knowledge of engineering concepts, principles, and familiarity with other engineering disciplines;
• Willingness to travel to domestic sites;
• Able to meet the badging requirements set forth by our clients.
