Responsibilities:

- Overall Management: Assume responsibility for the efficient operation of the front of house, including but not limited to scheduling, cost management, and quality control.

- Guest Relations: Foster an environment of unparalleled guest service, ensuring each patron receives a memorable experience reflective of our commitment to excellence.

- Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to front-of-house staff, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Financial Oversight: Monitor and manage expenses, revenue targets, and budget adherence, implementing strategies to optimize profitability while maintaining service standards.

- Operational Excellence: Implement and uphold standard operating procedures to ensure smooth service flow, optimal guest satisfaction, and adherence to health and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, with a focus on front-of-house operations, preferred.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
