Reporting to our VP of Product Management, this role will be responsible for intimately understanding our users, setting vision and strategy, and implementing solutions that address our user’s problems, opportunities, and unmet needs and help us grow the business.

You will elevate the quality of the product by managing and evolving our design principles, systems, and guidelines
You will oversee the overall team performance and health, allocating resources effectively to support team goals, and proactively addressing any misalignments or challenges
You have 5 years of product design management experience building products in high-growth companies; versed in setting product strategy & vision
You are empathetic and eager to solve customer problems
You see ambiguity and change are opportunities, not challenges - you’ve operated successfully on cross-functional teams and/or in startup environments
You are an effective communicator across a broad range of audiences
You have experience leading product direction and strategic thinking by articulating a product vision, and goals, identifying opportunities, and making decisions based on the impact on our users and business
