Product Development Director plans and directs the resources and processes required to implement the vision and strategy for new product development and product lifecycle management of existing products. Establishes research and concept development projects and capabilities to innovate new products, product enhancements, and product redesign. Responsibilities:
-Manage every aspect of a product’s development, from conception to completion.

Experience:
Strong understanding of the livestock show industry is preferred. Demonstrate excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
