Overview

We are currently seeking a Production Operator to join our team at our facility in Howard, PA, 16841. As a Seasonal Production Operator, you will be responsible for machine setups for production runs, packaging, mechanical troubleshooting, and maintaining excellent communication with team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine setups for production runs according to established guidelines and procedures.
• Ensure proper packaging of finished products, following quality standards and specifications.
• Demonstrate mechanical troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues that may arise during production.
• Maintain a high level of communication with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in machine setups for production runs is required.
• Proficiency in packaging processes, including knowledge of quality standards and specifications.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors.
