Job description:
We are seeking a hands-on individual whose responsibility will include the smooth flow of work orders through the production floor to ensure on time delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality. You will analyze and prepare documents needed for production. Perform detailed scheduling at work center level to optimize shop efficiency. Conduct data analysis and decision making to support raw material supply and finished goods demand. Maintain the production schedule and other reports as required. Follow-up as required with all teams to efficiently time the sequence of documents, materials, and operations to meet production schedules and customer expectation. Interact with lead machinists and lead engineer daily to resolve issues regarding manufacturing efficiencies or to fulfill RFIs as requested from Manufacturing, Customer Service and Accounting.
