Under general supervision, this position provides administrative support to the Production Control Manager and site operations.
The most essential duties are document processing in a fast-paced environment, where multi-tasking is key to ongoing success.
Preparing freight shipping packets and purchase orders, as well as providing support to Production and Material Control is also important in this role.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
Scanning and prepping documents
Data entry; review incoming documents.
Receive, sort, file, distribute and / or ship requests.
Handle all escalated document issues.
Prepare documents for imaging and image files as requested.
Review documents for required documentation.
Ensures documents meet compliance guidelines.
Completes work within established review deadlines.
Serve as subject matter expert (SME) regarding client's policies, procedures, products, promotions and technology.
Communication with internal and external customers
Additional duties as necessary or research tasks as needed.
