Production Control Director manages the overall strategic and tactical production control planning, scheduling, flow of materials, and monitoring to achieve goals and objectives for delivery dates, output quality, volume, cost, and optimization. Oversees scheduling and the development of methods to allocate and control resources and materials effectively. Being a Production Control Director establishes monitoring tools and processes to identify and plan for problems with waste, inefficiencies, and inventory in production operations. Recommends improvements to production technology and processes. Additionally, Production Control Director collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to develop effective planning methodologies and best practices. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Production Control Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Production Control Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Summary

    Manages a variety of inventory control duties for the MM Development Production License. This position carries significant administrative, regulatory and compliance duties and responsibilities.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Adhere to all policies, process, procedures, and roles per employee handbook
    • Communicate any work issues to the upper management, ex; inventory discrepancies, safety concerns, product shortage, and etc
    • Maintain a clean, sanitary and organized office and work environment
    • Confirm counts, compliance labels, and finished packages are accurate and complete
    • Assist Inventory Control Manager/AGM/GM with P13 Production needs
    • Assist P13 Production with resolving quality-related issues and adhering to guidelines
    • Assist in maintaining both digital and hard copy recordkeeping for inventory controls
    • Assist in weekly/monthly/quarterly physical inventory counts within the facility
    • Complete inventory procedure using electronic tracking system (Biotrack) and respond to any discrepancies by notifying Inventory Control Manager/AGM and investigating reasons for the discrepancy
    • Review inventory in Biotrack and METRC systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
    • Assist with ensuring inventory counts are being performed on schedule with acceptable results, and the proper documentation is being executed and filed
    • Assist with packaging and completing finished product when needed.
    • Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure.
    • Basic computer skills outside of basic knowledge
