Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our production team at Virtus Imaging Partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our MRI coil and part repair production line, ensuring that all repairs are executed with the highest quality and within specified timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production team to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Monitor workflow and schedules to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Enforce safety and health regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Train new employees on proper repair procedures and quality control processes.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot technical issues and implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Maintain detailed records of production activities and generate reports for upper management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Technical Field, Business Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a technical or production environment, preferably in medical device repair.
• Strong knowledge of production and quality control processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
