Summary of Functions:
The Worship Production Director will be responsible for managing all production aspects of services, teams, and production equipment/infrastructure of Outlook Church. They will collaborate with the worship leader and teaching pastor each week for service production, and will be responsible for working with other ministries to fulfill all worship ministry and production needs for events. This person must also be available and able to lead worship and create a worship environment on weekends and ministry events.

The Worship/Production Director fulfills many mission-critical roles at Outlook including:
● Oversee the sound, media, video, and lighting production process for all live services, events, and online streaming.
● Manage camera operators and other A/V and media team members to ensure the smooth running of all live media during service.
● Maintain production equipment itemized list. Keep track of what needs to be sold, updated or purchased.
● Organize and maintain all production equipment both on stage and in storage, prior to Sunday mornings.
● Work with the worship leader and teaching pastor to ensure that the overall production is biblical, engaging, cohesive, and professional for weekly services.
● Run sound-check every Sunday morning for the worship band and program audio console configurations for worship service and events.
● Ensure that all cameras, computers, ProPresenter and sound equipment are set up and functioning correctly before and during each service (and troubleshooting all technical issues prior to).
● Using Planning Center; recruit, disciple, schedule, and provide technical training and support to all A/V volunteers including, camera operators, pro presenter, lighting, and sound techs.
● Stay up to date with the latest video production techniques and equipment to improve the quality of production.
● Ensure that all service content is recorded and stored. Transfer recorded media to the internal storage.
● Oversee Sunday morning online livestream production/quality control, edit and upload post-produced service for YouTube.
● Produce weekly announcement videos for Sunday services. As well as any extra creative video opportunities.
● Design and edit graphics for sermon series and other events as needed.
Schedule Expectations:
● Weekly Sunday services
● On-site in office Monday - Thursday 9am - 3pm
