Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Engineer at Salvona Technologies. As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for daily production planning, quality control, and ensuring efficient manufacturing processes. You will analyze production data, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize productivity and product quality. The role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Scale up production processes of liquid batches from 3 kg to 5000 Kg/Batch
-Detailed originated, accept and set performance parameters, and thrive on meeting them on time and within budget.
-Proven communication skills: Issue Technical Reports.
-Achieve consistency in production.
-Manage and coach a team of seven employees.
Qualifications:
-Engineering degree
-At least 2 years of hands-on experience working on scaled-up production of cosmetic liquid batches.
-Result oriented: proven experience of accomplishments.
-Leadership skills; ability to lead a team of chemists and technical operators.
