Production Scheduler Supervisor jobs in Utah

Position Summary:

As the Production Scheduler, you will spearhead this initiative, orchestrating a seamless workflow that optimizes productivity and ensures timely project completion. Leveraging your expertise in project and production scheduling within the construction sector, especially with Trimble, Tekla, and PowerFab software, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and excellence in our operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, analyze, and manage detailed production schedules using Trimble Tekla Power Fab.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and fabrication teams to ensure timely delivery of components and project milestones.
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to respond to project demands and resource availability.
• Maintain clear communication across departments to ensure alignment on production timelines and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in production scheduling, preferably in the steel fabrication industry.
• Proficiency in Trimble Tekla Power Fab for production scheduling is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Primavera (P6) and other construction scheduling software is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple schedules simultaneously.
