Being a Production Supervisor requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Ensures operations and employees follow proper policies and procedures. In addition, Production Supervisor typically reports to a manager. May require certain certifications in field. The Production Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. Vertiv is currently looking for a Production Supervisor to our Anderson, SC. This position will be Monday through Thursday from 6 p.m. – 6 a.m. The Supervisor will oversee warehouse operations to ensure that orders are selected, packaged, loaded, and dispatched safely, timely, and efficiently, and proper records are maintained. Functional areas of responsibility include all material and logistics functions required to manage warehouse operations. Typically, accountable for a single warehouse area.
