Role Insight:

As a Production Team Leader, you'll not just oversee, but also actively participate in the production process. You'll lead a dedicated workcell of 3-5 associates, ensuring that our legacy of excellence is consistently upheld. From machinery mastery to fostering teamwork, your leadership will be pivotal in driving efficiency, safety, and top-tier product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 production associates.
• Monitor and adjust machine components to guarantee optimal production.
• Oversee and enforce product quality checks before packaging.
• Ensure daily and weekly production targets are met by the team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Review work orders in detail, ensuring accuracy and smooth execution.
• Keep up with industry trends and innovations to enhance team performance.
• Troubleshoot and maintain machines, ensuring minimal downtime.
  
  

Prerequisites:

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Capable of lifting at least 50 pounds.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
