Production Trainer trains assembly and production workers at workstations and in the classroom. Assists in developing new training or methods of training. SUMMARY:
Field Trainers is to provide the necessary skills to aid and train apprentices daily. Following the training coordinator’s assignments and reporting cases back with results from the training with the individual apprentices by filling out corrective action forms, checklists, and training summaries.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Blazemaster, OSHA 10 or 30, and CPR/First Aid training must be obtained within the first 3 months of employment.
