    Job Description:

    The W. Fielding Rubel School of Business invites applications for a full-time Instructor of Business Administration (or Assistant professor commensurate with experience) in the Department of Business Administration at Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky, starting summer or fall of 2024. This is an on-going non-tenure track position within the AACSB-accredited W. Fielding Rubel School of Business.

    This faculty member will be responsible for teaching the Introduction to Business course for our entering students, with an emphasis on recruitment and retention. Additional teaching will include our internship placement course for upper-level students and other potential courses designed to support our majors. Further, this individual will help with initial first-year student recruitment, coordinate our living learning community for first-year business students, develop programming to support first-year student development, and assist in advising and mentoring our entering classes with a focus on first-generation students and those needing additional assistance.

    This is a twelve-month position on a renewable multi-year contract.

    This is a full-time on-site position and is a requirement to be in person on campus.

    • Student centered and enjoys teaching, advising and mentoring students.
