Social Enterprise Greenhouse (SEG) is seeking a passionate and organized GROW Program Manager to lead our exciting cohort-based English language and Spanish language Incubator programs across Rhode Island.

As the GROW Program Manager, you'll be at the heart of our mission to empower entrepreneurs in historically excluded communities. You'll play a key role in helping these businesses thrive and create positive change.

In this role, you will:

• Guide and support entrepreneurs in historically excluded communities in Rhode Island, including Pawtucket, Central Falls, Woonsocket, and Providence.
• Lead in-person workshops and sessions for our GROW English and Spanish language Incubator programs.
• Manage program logistics and communications, ensuring a smooth and impactful experience for participants.
• Collaborate with a team of dedicated advisors to provide mentorship and guidance.
• Track program progress and impact, ensuring we're making a real difference.

We're looking for someone with:

3 years of experience working with nonprofits and managing programs.

Knowledge of entrepreneurship, business development, and economic development.

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in G Suite, CRM software, and Google Classroom.

Fluency in Spanish.

A commitment to equity and inclusion.

This is a hybrid position with regular travel across Rhode Island.
